About Cameron Stewart

I'm Cameron Stewart; Director of GETIN2 Property Ltd. Property has helped me create a wealthy and meaningful life for my family. I want to help you do the same.

I'm not your typical Property Investor type.

I enjoyed a normal rural childhood in Invercargill; hunting, fishing and playing rugby. My Dad was a freezing worker and Mum was a stay at home Mum. I grew up with solid family values, but I did not come from a financially abundant mentality, my family lived paycheque to paycheque and I did not get much experience in regards to finances in general.

At the age of 16 I left school to pursue various jobs in the agricultural industry I loved being in the New Zealand outdoors working on farms and working with animals but soon realised that if I was ever to own my own farm I would need to do something different.

At age 18 I took a job as an exploration driller in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, just as the mining boom was kicking off. Suddenly, I had more money than I knew what to do with, so I did what all the guys were doing we worked hard and played even harder. During my fifth year in Kalgoorlie, an onsite accident left me with a major spinal injury. I was in and out of hospital for a year with multiple surgeries and procedures taking place. That was it for me – no more physical work. My entire livelihood was ripped away, Mentally I was broken I had lost my direction I thought my dream had been taken from me.

While I endured extensive operations and rehabilitation, I started reading self-improvement books and learning about personal finance and wealth. I knew I was going to have to completely transform my life if I wanted to have any kind of future. I took a job as a livestock agent in the King Country this decision set me on a different path learning the skill of sales and becoming conditioned to rejection and failure, some might say it hardened me up for what lied ahead.

But again I became discontent with my financial position and started to search for another angle , I made a big call and paid for a 12 month property course on my credit card. Weekly I made the four-hour commute from the King Country to Auckland to meet with my first property mentor. At just 24 years of age, I started to renovate and sell properties in South Auckland, working up to buying and selling more than 50 houses in a year.

I've been involved in more than 300 + transactions across all types of residential property, cosmetic trade renovations, extensive reclad projects, new builds, infill developments, home & income conversions, small subdivisions, minor dwellings & consulted on large land procurement projects.

It’s needless to say that my team and I have done most things related to the residential property market and this gives us great insights and knowledge in helping others.
